PRODUCTS
How do I know if I am ordering the right size?

In the products, click on the Size Chart below the Add to Cart button. In the "How to Measure?" tab, you will find instructions on how to measure for each garment, then in the Size Charts tab you can find the size you need.

*It is important to take your measurements beacause the clothes are not exchangeable or refundable.

We offer a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us to validate the defect of your garment and we will exchange it or refund you if the exchange is not possible. In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will take care of the shipping costs. 

The clothes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Any error must be reported to our customer service within 7 days of receiving the garment. Please email us directly at this address: customerservice@arseno.qc.ca or call us at 1 877 562-0831, extension 100.

In the event of an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. We will either replace the garment or refund you if an exchange is not possible.

What is the status of my order?

Please refer to the Delivery Time section above to find the delivery dates.

Resetting your password usually resolves this issue. If the problem persists, you can call customer service at the following number: 1 (877) 562-0831, extension 100.

Use your digital wallet, credit card, or prepaid card* to complete your payment.
*You can purchase a prepaid credit card at most pharmacies, convenience stores, and more. You can then pay on our platform by selecting the credit card option.


After 3 connection attempts with an incorrect password, your account will be blocked for 30 minutes. Wait for this delay and try to connect again afterwards.


3 - You will receive a password reset email (see your spams)

The password must meet the following conditions :
– 8 characters
– 1 Uppercase
– 1 Lowercase
– 1 DigitChiffre
– 1 Special character [@#$ % ? &* !]

Example of a password that would work well:  Toyota!2021 ou Matane1234$

4- One the password has been changed, connect to the site and that's it! You can now place your order.

ALLOWANCE

During the payment of your order, you will be able to select the option "Pay with the virtual wallet".

2. The available amount of your allowance will be displayed.

3. If the amount of your purchase exceeds your allowance, you can complete the payment with a credit card.

1. In the top right, click on your name.

2. Then, select "My account".

3. Click on "Your virtual wallet".

4. You will find the amount of your allowance as well as the history of your transactions.

This year, you will not receive a code by email. Your allowance is directly deposited into your virtual wallet, in your account. You can use this balance during checkout by simply logging in with your credentials.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The system automatically sends certain communications to you via email, such as: your order awaiting confirmation, order confirmation, a reminder for an abandoned cart in the store, and a password recovery email. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam/junk folder and look for an email from Odoo (our management system). You can then authorize the contact as being from a trusted source to receive all future communications directly in your inbox.

Your data is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). To learn more about our Confidentiality Policy.

On your part, you are responsible for ensuring the security of your personal information by using good practices, such as

  • using a password manager;

  • creating a unique and complex password;

  • ensuring to keep your password confidential;

  • regularly changing your password.
